How would you define ‘a good day’? What components would it include?
As I help clients and ASPIRE Success Club
members set meaningful Bold Goals, I continually emphasize the importance of viewing them holistically – taking into account all areas of a purposeful life.
As you move toward your goals, what does your ideal morning look like? With whom are you spending time throughout the day? What are you doing for fun?
Your version of a good day might not look like Popov’s, mine, or anyone else’s. But once you know what yours does look and feel like, you can more purposefully and consistently move in its direction.
This week, define a good day for yourself.
Close your eyes and envision your ideal day, from the time you open your eyes until the time you fall asleep. What shows up?
You might also define your top five or so priorities and ask yourself how those contribute to a good day. You can then identify ways to make sure they show up in at least some of your days this week.
You know what a bunch of good days put together can lead to? A good month, a good year, a good life. It’s worth a bit of intentional thought!
