Coaching Tip For The Week:

Recently, someone commented on our Facebook page that attitude can get you further than anything else. Do you agree?

Whether or not you agree that attitude is everything, building a positive mindset certainly can’t hurt. You can do this in many ways, such as:
  • Starting your day with gratitude.
  • Reading uplifting books and articles.
  • Surrounding yourself with positive people.
  • Acting with intention.
  • Avoiding “doom-and-gloom” TV.
  • Seeking the meaning or lessons in all situations.
  • Consciously choosing your words – both those you say aloud and those that remain in your head.
  • Believing the best.
  • Saying “Thank You.”

This week, choose one of the above ideas and implement it consistently into your work and life. While consistency may prove challenging at first, you’ll quickly find that these are habits worth developing.

Which habit will you incorporate into your life this week? Share your ideas below, on Facebook, or via Twitter! And for powerful support from positive people, check our the ASPIRE Success Club while a few seats still remain.
