“All too often, we feel that we are not living the fullness of our lives because we are not expressing the fullness of our gifts.” – Elle Luna
Clarity Kickstart:
In nearly all my coaching partnerships, we spend a bit of time clarifying and acknowledging the client’s strengths, passions, values, and gifts. Whether their coaching goal involves enhancing their leadership abilities, stepping into a new role, creating a more meaningful work environment, or preparing for a significant transition such as a career change or retirement, bringing these elements into the plan is vital for a fulfilling experience.
What are your unique strengths and gifts?
How often do you get to express them?
This week, choose one of your (many!) strengths and gifts, and commit to intentionally honoring it.
If you have a knack for making people feel truly seen and heard, for instance, seek out opportunities to do just that.
Or take your natural ability for making things beautiful and apply that in your office, your meeting room, your Powerpoint presentation, and elsewhere.
Don’t wait until the perfect time or the next job to engage your strengths and gifts. Start today and make them part of your ongoing routine!
